Blake Worrall-Thompson
Blake has been operating in the industry since 2003 and attained his personal training qualification aged only 19. Three years later, Worrall-Thompson was an Assistant Manager of Fitness First where he assisted in the mentoring of 25 personal trainers, along with running his own fitness boot camps. Blake moved to London in 2007 to work with celebrity trainers James Duigan and Dalton Wong, where he worked alongside clientele such as Elle Macpherson and Hugh Grant. Blake's own clients came from a diverse range of executive backgrounds and included celebrity chef Ainsley Harriott. During his time there, Blake developed his unique approach to holistic health, learning international best practices to bring home to his clients in Australia. Blake recently co-authored ‘Switched On: Health & Wellbeing Professionals’ Vol 2. A book targeted at the busy, stressed individual of the 21st century. The book teaches strategies around resilience and sustained performance which features Australia’s most inspiring health and wellbeing experts. Blake also features regularly in magazines such as Network, Fitness First, Good Health, Health Smart and Shop 'til You Drop and has also appeared on Channel Nine’s ‘feeling good’ and style networks reality weight loss show ‘Ruby’.
Luke Walsh
Alex Hinchcliffe
Alex is a certified Master Trainer; qualifying 1st in his class and winning the award for all round excellence at the AIF (Australian Institute of Fitness). The Master Trainer course comprises Certificate III (Fitness Essentials, Gym Instructor & First Aid) and Certificate IV (Personal Trainer). The AIF is the country’s most renowned and well respected independent Registered Training Organization (RTO) in the fitness field. Alex also has a first class honors degree in Public Relations.
Anthony Cutrupi
Anthony began in the fitness industry six years ago, training Rugby League players in strength and conditioning and muscle gain, and also friends and family in weight loss and weight management. His passion for sports has seen him represent Australia in Rugby League (2008) and have the privilege of spending some of his boxing time being trained by Olympic boxing coach, Geoff Peterson.
