The corporate wellness workshops are 2 hours each and focus on the following areas:
Stress less: Raw Solutions takes an assessment of your companies stress. How to know if someone is stressed? (Physical, behavioural, emotional), Signs and symptoms, what stress is doing to you and your body? What to do to handle and overcome stress? Workplace stress, steps to prevent and overcome work stress.
Food for thought: How good nutrition reduces stress? What to eat? What to avoid? Structured eating plans. Why what the media is telling you isn’t true and what to do about it.
Maximise your exercise: What exercises will help reduce stress? The do’s and don’ts of fitness. What you need to do to reduce your weight, cholesterol, chances of disease. Tracking fitness, routine, accountability etc.
Energy Enhancement: What will give you energy? What will deplete your energy? How good sleep patterns and proper breathing affect your energy? What foods/habits to avoid to help sleep properly? How creating structure helps sleep?
We have developed programs to combat stress levels. This program gives workers the opportunity to reduce their stress levels, decrease brain fog and increase alertness. Since the turn of the 21st century, we are now seeing that not only do we want to look good but also feel good. We now understand the connection between productivity and the health of our staff.
